Unless otherwise agreed, invoicing shall be made per delivery note. The Supplier shall deliver the first copy of the invoice to the Buyer together with the goods or subsequently, by post, by letter or, if separately agreed, in electronic form, depending on the method of delivery.
The method of payment shall be as specified in the order confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed, the default payment term shall be 8 days, and the Buyer shall transfer the amount stated on the invoice to the bank account specified on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed between the Supplier and the Buyer, payment for the first order placed by a Buyer who has not previously had a business relationship with the Supplier shall be made by cash on delivery or advance bank transfer.
