Our products are delivered by GLS courier service or Englmayer transport company in compliance with the official order confirmation.
The supplier shall make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and by the deadline. Therefore, they reserves the right to deliver and invoice a multi-item order in several separate deliveries. This does not apply to products that are clearly intended for use only in combination with another product (e.g., a device and its accessories).
There shall be no item-by-item acceptance; the buyer shall only confirm receipt of the box or package numbers indicated on the delivery document. Please check the packages for damage upon delivery. If the package is damaged or there is suspicion of damage, the package must be opened in the presence of the Carrier's representative and a report on its condition must be drawn up, or, if this is not possible, acceptance must be refused. In both cases, please notify our customer service immediately (within 24 hours).
Please always check that the products you have ordered and those delivered by the Delivery Company match the order and the description on the label.
